Amanda is a joke.Duanna is a joke.
Writing a note to the Company Founder is a joke. The whole customer service operation is a joke. I would NEVER again buy from Lumber Liquidators. So far over 7 weeks with NO resolution, after being sold product that did not match what I purchased, sending in a carton for testing (for which I STILL haven't been reimbursed) and now, the warranty dept is dragging their feet and not returning calls.
I can only hope more and more people see these complaints and reviews and stay away from this unethical enterprise.I cannot wait to see them crash and burn financially, and all those incompetents looking for a job elsewhere.
