After seeing Luxurious Skin on Shark Tank, ordered the "trial" size for $5.99 shipping costs on Apr. 6.  This charge was taken out of my bank account.  Received product but was quite ill and did not respond back after 14 days to cancel future orders.  Received confirming email of new order for $90+ on Apr. 21.

 

Immediately called customer service - explained my situation and was assured that all ongoing or future charges would be cancelled.  Received an email confirming this action.

 

On Apr. 25, $92.99 was taken from my bank account.  Called customer service (India?) and was told that they couldn't do anything about this - but I "believe" he told me no further charges would occur.  I have entered a dispute with my bank and hopefullly they can get my money back.

 

If enough people read these reviews, hopefully no one else will fall for this scam.

They are only allowing the return of one set, the one I haven't receive yet and that set must be returned in 10 days. When I asked to cancel the person on the phone asked me if I'd like to continue for 50% discount, when I said no he asked if I would for 75%. I still cancelled. Fulfillment center: San Diego Internet
