I ordered one unit, Magic Jack, sent me two,can,t get a live person to respond,only on live chat via the internet, highly uneathical for a company with nothing to hide. Refund process is difficul, internet agents are evasive with many questions, thirty day free trial is a flat out lie, my bank account was debited the day of shipping. The company is not willing to give a physical address to us the consumer, again highly uneathical. The only thing magic jack has done for me is take up three days of my time, rape my checking account, and send my blood presure up.

Magic Jack I purchased a one year plan. From day one, the service did not work. Texted and talked with someone from their technical support department and was told my unit does not work! He said i need a new unit.  It's been 2.5 weeks. They are ripping me off!! This is the WORST company I've ever dealt with!!

Magic Jack I called them to provide my new address. They said I need to renew now. I had noticed they had renewal options -1 year, 3 yrs, etc.. I asked about the 1 year. I was told they don't do that. I would need to do the 7 year paid in advance.  Terrible customer service. Nationwide

Ace Cash Services This company has been emailing me and trying to get me to pay them money. i have responded to the emails but whoever is behind the emails are very rude and when I called the number that was giving it says something about a magic jack line and when i emailed the comapny back asking about the magic jack line the emails stopped. Magic Jack Wal-Mart Consumer Shakedown: Purchased a Magic Jack package at Wal-Mart for Approximately $50. The card with the device suggested that the fee would be for less than $20 annually. That was sometime in April 2014. I was offered a 5 year re-up which I accepted but can't immediately verify because I never get formal invoices. My Magic Jack phone quit working suddenly and I'm informed that there is a $30 unpaid fee for the phone number. This was never made clear when I first contracted with these folks. I requested that they send me at least an Email telling me why they discontinued my service, but apparently they refuse to do so. I'm at the mercy of gentlemen whose first language is obviously not English. I believe I've been scammed not only by Magic Jack but by the retailer Wal-Mart Internet
