Mariner Finance non-forth coming, obfuscations, slyly litigeous Laurel Maryland

Mariner does not tell you that what you sighned gives them permission to seize your bank accounts. That is what they hide in the statement that they can't sieze real property.Who knowingly signs away their ability to withdraw money from their accounts? My only source of income was thruogh direct deposit. I couldn't pay rent, car(by which I make my living), buy heart and diabetic medications. There response was"That's what happens when you don't pay yout bills". You can see the nothing else matters, we don't care attiude in the response to the original report. What they also don't tell you is each state has limits on bank accounts that are protected from seizure. I learned from Maryland District Court I could protect several thousand dollars by application, which I did and was granted. I'm sure they don't want this to be general knowledge.   

Well guess what???  It was YOU who failed to pay YOUR bills.  It was YOU who turned on the collections machine.  It was YOU who failed to respond to their collections efforts.  So you're going thru hardships now because YOU led them to a lawsuit?  Guess what, again?  It was YOU who caused YOUR OWN hardships.
