Mariner Finance Terrible Customer Service Germantown Maryland

This company has terrible customer service.  I contacted them about a week with a loan request and they answered the inquiry the next business day which is fine. The agent on the phone said that I should hear something soon.

I was expecting to hear from them within the next business day with the decision to fund my loan.  All I got was radio silence.  No one called me at all.  I had to contact them.  What made matters worst, they wanted me to redo my entire application over again.  Finally I had enough and told them forget it.  I decided to contact another firm and got the loan decision within 2 hours. 

Family members have complained about them never returning phone calls which to me is unacceptable.

Stay away from them, they treat their potential customers horribly.
