Joel bought a scooter for his wife Donna Peterson. i felt bad for them because she needed it. Joel promised to make monthly payments. Joel is already over 2 months behind and will not return phone calls or messages. Please do not do any type of business with him do a thorough check on this guy, especially his personal business. He is a scam artist and a Loser.
