I have been with this company as my credit card processing until now: DECEMBER 2009. At the very beginning they did not come through with their bonus referrals. but that is the least of my problems. Their customer service stinks. you cannot find a decent soul with experience when you have a problem. One of the worst things is that they take too long to give your money back into your account when you are right. They drag it in purpose so you can forget it. they do not have a website where you can securely check your charges/credits/or even customer services. You cannot create an account no where. their only means of communication is the phone, (if they ever answer)!. I received a charge twice for services I did not asked: American Express, and Discover card. Not only that but American Express and Discover Card start charging a monthly fee for their services WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT. When I confronted them with a law suit they promptly remove and credit the charges back to my checking account. they blamed Merchant Warehouse for it, saying that they authorized those charges to use their services. This is true since I never spoke with any of those credit card companies.That really shows that Merchant warehouse cares only to make money and to make themselves look good to those big credit card companies.
I closed my checking account WAY Before I notified them of canceling my services! I highly recommend to do this; otherwise you will continue to pay your monthly fees to them if though you no longer have a credit card terminal with them. I will no recommend this Company. always check for reviews.
