Merchants Credit Guide Company ripoff Chicago Illinois

Merchants Credit Guide is trying to get me for a Sears bill that isn't mine even after I sent them a notorized fraud affadavit, documentation from equifax stating the account was fraudulent and the governors commutation proving where I spent my past 27 years of my life.

This doesn't show on my credit report, is way older then the 7 year statute of limitation.

When account was supposedly opened I was incarcerated. I went in as a teenager still in high school. I never had a job as I was a school girl, and I certainly never had any credit cards.

I, too, was given three different options on paying this bogus bill even after providing them proof that the account was fradulent.
