Merchants Credit Guide Company Ripoff Harrassing Bullying and Threatening Chicago Illinois

This started about Christmas '05. They have called numerous times and all hours! I have talked to them a couple of times before I found this website. I know what mine is over, its a JCPenney credit card that I had 15 years ago! Five years ago I paid JCP off, but due to a fire I lost ALL my receipts, so I have no proof of the transaction. The last time I spoke to the rude b****, she said they were going to do an assest's assessment and employment if I didn't pay them with a check by phone that day. Few problems, one I don't have a checking account because I don't have a job. I haven't worked in a year! Any advice and suggestions are greatly appreciated to get these idoits to quit calling. And another thing, my caller ID says it's a Hotel Allegreo calling. I have ask them numerous times, to send me written information on this account and still haven't received anything!
