My son accidentally bought the PayPal prepaid MasterCard thinking it was like a gift card. He tried to use it and found it was inactive so I called the number on the card. When I finally reached a human, they wanted my social security number and when I refused the person on the phone became nasty. I ended the call and tried to return the card to the store but was not able to.

There is no online help and when I called back I was unable to reach a live person.

How do you get your money back without activating the card?
