It appears Ms. Wendell is getting famous for ripping people off.
She placed an online order on my website, received the item, then disputed charges.
This girl needs to go to jail!

Hey Im sorry you guys had to go through this. When is her company going to be shut down?
I wish there was a way of contacting you guys directly by email so we can figure all this civil court stuff out. I WANT TO JOIn you!
I have read all the complaints and cant believe this place even exists after reading each one. I saw other reports of contacting the Santa Monica office so I guess I will just go straight to them with my issue.

Hi, I truely feel for your situation. I too was a victim of Michelle Wendell but in the sense that I purchased items from her. There's a case that is being built against her and you can file here:
Santa Monica City Attorney's Office at this link, just cut and paste it into your web browser http://www01.smgov.net/communication/cityforms/consumer-complaint.htm and also email this lady, Paula.Rockenstein@SMGOV.NET a consumer affairs specialist at the Santa Monica City Attorneys Office who is investigating Ms Wendell.
You can contact the Santa Monica City's Attorney's office and email or talk ot Paula Rockenstien. She's really helpful. Also I had contacted KTLA reagrding michelle wendell. You can also do so by going to their website and click on "Contact Us" and basically tell them that you have a story. Several of us victims have done so already yesterday and today so hopefully that will bring light to what she's doing out in public.
