I orderd 3 items. all i got was an email that states my orderd was received. i emailed support as well as chatted wit someone online. I never received a returned email. the chat person "serena" woul dnever answer my questio. she just keep repeating the same thing over and over again. someone will send me an email in 24-72 hours. I have nothing to track  as the order was never shipped. my card was charged , the purchase was made over a week ago. the online policy states that refunds can only be made with 24 hours however, thats impossible because you cant talk to anyone. 

I still do not have my items . I want a refund.

Request the Tracking number they should have if they mailed it.

Hi. I had the same kind of issues with this company. They are shoddy. Ask for the tracking number and go to USPS and tell them to give you a printed tracking report. It will show where and if it was sent. That's how I got my refuds after they told my pay services I never returned their items.
