Mr. Rooter Over Charge Roswell Georgia

Mr. Rooter was called to "snake out the sewer line from a bathroom to the street.  The charge was given and agreed upon by the owner, a senior widow woman living by herself.  After the work was done, the technician said the toilet flange was broken.  Since it needed to be replaced, the technician said the cost was going to be $468.00. Reluctantly she OKed the charge because it needed to be replaced. The technician was on the job in her home.  The total time of the work was 15 minutes and the part was $5.00.  Nothing was said to the technician because he is an employee.  She contacted their office by a certified letter stating the situation.  They never responded so she had to go to their office, about 25 miles from her home.  She was told that the work was quoted on a flat rate bases.  The general manager was reminded that the technician was already on the job, not coming from somewhere else just to do that work.  No help.  She wrote to the actual owner about the situation but no response from the owner.  Do not use this company.  Please read reviews about this company online
