MTM Told me to take the bus Houston Texas

I wish there was an alternative company besides MTM. Yesterday, I tried to schedule transportation to see my PCP and to be transported to pick-up my medication.  The person I talked to was new and I was being patient with her.  I could tell that she needs additional training.  I gave her the information more than 3 times.  She claimed that she could not find my PCP and asked for a phone number.  I told her that I did not have it with me which was true. 

Every time I would provide it I was told that was not necessary.  The call took about twenty minutes to book.  She told me that second part of the trip, I would have to take the bus to the pharmacy and when I picked up my medication I would have to call the company that transported me to my PCP and have them to come to pick me up. 

I was told I could wait up to an hour.  During the time of making the arrangements, Wendy did not say anything except after 10 minutes do you still want me to book this EXCUSE ME? I never had to go through this type of B.S. with this corrupt company. When I asked to speak to a supervisor Wendy hung up on me.  I called my worthless insurance company several times and they kept transferring me back to MTM.  I finally got a supervisor and she told me the same B.S. 

I kept asking her when did this policy become effective.  She refused to answer that question. I asked Wendy the same question and she refused to answer this company.  After arguing with the worthless supervisor, she said I will override this and from now on, remember you have to take the bus to get your meds.

She asked if you want me to send forms to your physician so she can fill them out?  I finally told her no and she asked why. I said for 3 months, she faxed the signed documents to you and you people claimed that she never faxed them and I have copies where the fax transmission said ok.  

What will it take to put this company out of business?  WI does not deal with complaints against this company.

Any suggestions?
