N2 Publishing Misrepresented the term of contract charlotte North Carolina

I signed on to advertise in Saddle River Magazine in 2016. After 14 months of advertising and not receiving any results, I called to discontinue the monthly ad, for which I am paying $399. each month.  

When I signed on I was also told that they would not take other ads from businesses in my field and they would try to maintain exclusivity; however, now they have at least 3 other similar competing businesses. 

When I called to discontinue advertising I was told the commitment was for 3 years. I am in business for 44 years and I would never commit to a 3-year term....especially when results are not proven. My feeling is that the 36-month term was added after I signed. 

My efforts to have this amended have gone ignored. I have been promised by Aaron Klein that he would return my calls; however, he has avoided doing so. 

I would not recommend this company and I feel their methods are devious and deceptive.
