n2 publishing Matt Westlund sold on 2 year advertising contract, received 0 leads, closing business and now Matt says I'm personally liable for remainder of contract Sartell Minnesota

I fell for Matt Westlund's sales pitch a late in 2014.  He convinced me to do a 2 year contract for my 6 month old, pre-revenue company. With promises of my company's ad being in front of hundreds of weathly people in the area as well as a full page talking about our company and us upon starting advertising, I was very excited to start getting some customer phone calls and to start selling my services. 

Well, it has been 1.5 years and I have received a total of 0 calls and emails from anyone in the neighborhoods his n2 publishing ad is delivered. His response is he never promised I would get any leads from the ad. 

I am closing my company, completely shutting it down, and when I emailed him to cancel the advertising he informed me that the contract makes me personally liable and I need to continue paying the advertising fee even though I no longer have a company.  Then he accused me of screwing him over by not giving him and his family one of the products my company made. 

To recap: I am apparently on the hook to n2publishing for advertising for nearly $200 a month for a company I no longer run because the advertising that was supposed to get me customers to help pay for itself and keep my company running has never gotten me a single customer.  Any legitimate advertising agency would cancel a contract with a company for unrendered services when the company goes under, n2 publishing and Matt Westlund don't care how crappy their advertising is and the fact that it directly contributed to bleeding my company dry to the point of closure.

If you are thinking about advertising with N2 Publishing I want to warn you, your $200+ a month can be spent literally anywhere else and be more affective than spending it with them.
