NAA NATIONAL AGENTS ALLIANCE AMWAY LIFE....MLM organization that retains all renewals and underpays reps BURLINGTON NC NORTH CAROLINA

I am an experienced insurance representative who has been in the insurance business for over 20 yrs. and am shocked what I saw at NAA. This is nothing more than a MLM organization with excessive charges to the agent for leads and they retain all residuals.  Reps start out at 55% ,this means that your upline is making the other half of your advance. Renewals? forget it. The companies they contract through offer renewals but not under the NAA contract. This company is a complete scam to their agents who pay a premium for first run leads and usually get reworked leads for a lower cost after they've been sold to someone else. What I am so mad about is that NAA will not release me to sell insurance with another brokerage that uses the same companies. It is usually a 6 month wait. I was lucky, I read all of the negative posts online and called the companies directly to find out about commission schedules. I did this before I was suckered into buying these ridiculous leads at inflated prices just to fatten the pockets of the CEO and let him retain all residuals. This is an Amway organization using life insurance to make money with multi-level payments to other agents so they can get overrides off of your production. There is no formal training. It is an absolute joke....run away from this before your invest your time and money.
