When they sell you the health insurance, said if you change mind you can cancel it in 30 days, you will get your money back. I did cancel the policy in 15 days, instead give your money back, they continue withdraw money from our bank, when I called to ask where is the check they promised to send. they keep on saying the money will send to me in 3 weeks.
But, now 3 months had been passed, their excuse becoming they try to sue the agent so they can get the money back in order to pay me. When you ask who they sueing to and who is their attorney's name, they ask you to leave a message and never call you back.

Here's an idea for getting all of your $$ back (it worked for me)...

Do not waste another second of your precious life by trying to call this company. Instead, go to your bank & block your checking account. Open a new one at the same time & transfer most of the money from the blocked one into the new one. Do not close out the blocked account, and make sure that as it is blocked, money can be added to it but not taken out.
Here's the important part: Ask your bank if they can "dispute" any or all of the electronic deductions made by National Alliance of Associations. Look at your checking account statements & tell your bank exactly when & how much $ they took from you. Say that you did not authorize these deductions and see what they can do about reversing them. Or tell them the truth, that NAA promised a money-back guarantee and have not made good on it. This worked for me, but it may differ depending on which bank you use.
I also filed my own report about this at the beginning of January, and now I realize this is a tricky situation when pointing fingers. There is apparently no corporate affiliation between NAA and the shady people who answer the phone at (888) 726 9440, or whatever other # is on the fax you received. On Day 1 these phone sales people take your personal information & your checking account #'s, but trust me they will never voluntarily tell you about the National Alliance of Associations, or give you its web link...
Why not? Because on their homepage the NAA says it does not offer major medical insurance, only a discount health plan. If you call them they will not know why the sales rep made false promises. And they can not transfer your call back to your sales rep because they don't know who their sales reps are.
In reality the sales reps make up an untraceable, fraudulent, 3rd-party agent which refers your business to the NAA. But they do not work for the NAA, they only work for the phone # on the fax you received.
This is supposed to clear NAA of any fraudulence, but don't buy it. If NAA was a legitimate company they would eliminate the sales agents who misrepresent them. Also they would make good on their money-back guarantee. Good luck!
