What can i do???i have fax they sent me.Top of fax say's "THIS IS NOT DISCOUNT INSURANCE"I signed up for 199.00 dollars per month.6 months later my doctor say they wont pay the copay and i owe him 500.00 dollars?the c-500 plan which a have says i pay 25.00 copay with up to 6 visits per year.

So i called the guy who signed me up,he says im no longer insured?That was 2 months ago.So ive been buying my insulin from canada.today i notice that my checking account has this 199.00 per month taken out.I called my bank they give me the 800 # to call.Lady informs me she's from SMART DATA SOLUTIONS.I say why is it your withdrawing 199.00 dollrs per month out of my account?She say's thats for my insurance.

I say what insurance?She say's SERVE AMERICA???Never heard of it.I told her they wont pay anything even there discount drug place said i wasent on there rolls?So tommorro my doctor will call this SMART DATA SOLUTIONS and see what's going on.Because of my past due account i havent seen my doctor in over 6 months,cant get my scripts refilled,getting my insulin from canada and stopped my 3 other meds.I dont know how people sleep at night.Anyone have any advice ?Who i can contact?ive lost 1000's of dollars out of my account and have no treatment.thanks gary
