National Congress of Employers Unified Life Ins. NCE NOT INSURANCE Internet

I was looking for insurance on the net.  NCE called me and told me that I could have ins. for $304.00 a month and a $95.00 fee for enrollment.  I said okay.  BIG MISTAKE.  When I got my packet it said all over it that this is "NOT INSURANCE."  The IRS will still fine me if I keep this plan.  I am canceling in the morning, but I will lose my hard earned $95.00.  The lady called it ins. and all my questions were about ins.  Do not do business with NCE, Unified Health One, or National Congress of Employers.
