National Consumer Resource Center I am entitled to a refund, never notified me they were going out of business Coconut Creek Florida

I had difficulties when I began the program with them and then with the last payment to creditor. As I was instructed in 5/07, I mailed proof of satisfication
of all my creditors to NCRC. I rec'd it back from the post office, "Return to sender, moved, no forwarding address". Then I called their number and was told the line has been disconnected. This is not only totally unacceptable but Unbelievable!!! I am owed $548.00.

After reading the other reports, I am grateful my payments were made timely and that my loan is completed. But someone should be held accountable for the monies owed to us and for all the people who are in the midst of a loan trying to satisfy their creditors.
