National Positions A decrease in traffic after using National Positions for 10 months Agoura Hills, California

The dispute between our two companies has now been resolved.

Customer satisfaction and delivering unparalleled value and service is the mission of our company. It has led to our rapid growth and has made us a leader in the Internet Marketing space. This client claim is totally unfounded and extreme measures have been taken on our part to offer free service, stepped up support and numerous other measures to help this client in every way possible.
In four months we were able to promote the clients five highly competitive keywords, two onto the first page of Google (see results below). Through the clients own Google Analytics reports we have clearly proven that we did in fact increase the traffic to his site for the keywords we optimized.
After achieving this initial success, the client requested a keyword strategy change to pursue even more competitive keywords. The client expected the new keywords to rank in an unreasonably quick amount of time and has indicated a drop off in traffic related to other keywords that we were not enlisted to optimize.
We would like to point out that we take customer satisfaction very seriously and have continued to work on this account free for five of the ten months. We strongly believe that the clients expectations are unrealistic and we are dismayed by this report after all the efforts we have made to make this client happy.

Then why are you writing a Rip-off Report??? This is the kind of posting that is doing this site an injustice. You do not have a valid complaint "yet" so you shouldn't be posting anything about this company at all. Please conduct your research and then post a negative report of the company if deemed necessary.

We simply want to hear (email) from any others who have possibly had issues or done research on the SEO principles that they use.  We are working to determine if the work they performed was a factor in our website traffic decreasing.
