I thought you should be aware of the exploitation and negligence we experienced as a small business owner and customer of National Positions. We entered into a three month agreement, for your company to evaluate the technical aspects of our web site, generate content, and ensure positioning for said content. We experienced abysmal service and a complete lack of transparency and communication. After the conclusion of the agreement and acknowledgement by your staff that they did not deliver what was promised, they begged us to give them one month to prove otherwise. During that time nothing happened. We didn't hear from anyone.

Third party evaluation of the technical aspect of our site exposed fundamental coding issues that are affecting our rankings. Starting with basic meta tags, duplication of content, and Java script.

There are numerous instances where plugins along with the Wordpress template are partially to blame for our lack of positioning but this was not raised by your staff during the technical assessment phase. No one mentioned that this was an issue. Our money was willfully taken, knowing that the content generation work that we paid you to do would not make a difference.

My husband, who works for a company that is a strategic partner, pointed out at the onset of the engagement that there were deep technical issues beyond content that needed to be addressed, however your team disregarded this and continued to charge us.

We have an abundance of spam like traffic sources and minimal traffic from Google. This should have been detected, we should have been informed, and this should have been addressed before we were charged. Obviously your company does not appreciate our business as your team did not address the technical issues despite the provisions in the contract.

After three months, your team did not make it a priority to address these issues and only generated content, which I should mention required a significant amount of our time to revise to correct it. It was very unprofessionally done. Moreover, the content was duplicated by National Positions, which as you know only harms our web site's rankings.

If my customers were treated in this manner, I would want to know about it as it puts not only my professional but my personal reputation at risk. I look forward to hearing from you about making us whole.
