National Positions Guarantee 100%--Deliver "0" Agoura Hills California

A representaive from this company contacted me last summer asking if he could give me a proposal for performing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) on my web page. I agreed to the proposal and felt "safe" contracting with his company because they promised a "100% Satisfaction Guarantee".

When I received the order confirmation I noticed that the VERY small print on the bottom indicated that I was expected to use their services for a minimum of four months on a month to month basis. This was something I made clear to the sales rep that I was NOT in agreement to so I crossed the phrase about four months and initialed it. I also noticed that the contract said that "there are no resfunds". Now to offer 100% satisfaction but then state you do not give refunds is a contradiction. I crossed that out as well and intialed it. Thus creating a "contact" I was in agreement to.

After faxing this :"contract" back I emailed the sales rep and informed him of the changes I made. They accepted me as a client anyway. Probably because guarantees and contracts are not something they feel compelled to fulfil.

After about two and half i realized that their "month to month" meant that they were going to automatically bill my credit card. When I called expressing my concern, and my lack of satisfaction this far they persuaded me to not cancel by insisting that by the end of four months I would see results, and that they were busy working on articles to enhance the rankings of my key words with the serach engines.

Six weeks later I was emailed these great article--they nwere a total JOKE--inacurate, poorly written and grammarically incorrect. I was livid. I called immediately and cancelled demanding a refund. that is when the VIce President of the company called to talk to me a second time. He admitted they bhad not gotten me anthing in the way of results and insisted that they could. He indicated that he would continue to work for four additional months for free and the said he guaranteed I would get results.

I asked for this in writing but what I received was a very vague that they would improve the traffic to my web site. I emailed back that he needed to be more definitive. That to me satisfactory results would mean that my sales resulting from the new traffic would equal or exceed my outlay. He said he could not guarantee that. So I asked point blank how he could expect anyone to be satisfied with spending more for their services than they got back!!

Bottom line is this company had virtually no success in increaseing traffic to my web site--something both their reports and Google Analytic reports prove. And, although the Company Vice President admitted they failed ( he offer to continue working for four months free) when I insisted on a refund they refused. They offer 100% satisfaction but do not stand behind it in the least! This is totally false advertising! I received Zero return and was zero percent in tems of satisfaction.

I have since loearned that many of their techniques actually hurt when it comes to search engine rankings--unrelated links, redundant articles etc.

I would love to hear from others that got scammed by this company.
