I am one of the people in 2004 had a terrible experience with nationwide van lines. I just decided to check on line and noticed that Orit person still works for this company.

I cannot believe these people are still in business. I will be moving to Alexandria, Virginia in the next 45 days. Due to the experience I had with this company and that Orit person, I find myself in a position where I do not trust moving companies.

When they moved me, I lost everything I owned and had to start all over again. Thanks God, what does not kill you makes you stronger. I guess what I am trying to say is that, I think what these people need to look at, is how they treat their customers, what they should also keep in mind it does not matter how little the complaints were, one complaint is too many. I am in healthcare if any of my employees were to speak with a patient, visitor or a family member the way this Orit person spoke to me and the other people on this page, I would have terminated that employee on the spot. Orit I would suggest that everyone who works for this ungrateful, unethical company, takes a lesson in customer service and ethics.

As a company owner or supervisor or a person who maybe sleeping with the boss, girl you have a lot to learn. Nationwide will never succeed if it continues to treat its customers in such unethical, unprofessional manner. A company is only as good as its employees are. The way you behaved with me and the others on this site was uncall for. When I contacted your company (I refer to it as your company, because when a person works for a company that person should take ownership, that probably went over your head, because a person of your caliber would not know the meaming of pride and ownership) Anyway, when I contacted the company regarding my broken, dirty and missing items, I was not looking for $$ I simply wanted someone to replace my items, since I purchased the insurance from you. I did not expect you to use my skin color as a basis for you not to replace my items. I guess I should have expected it from you, after all you were hired to fill a "spot". That's the problem with companies theses days, they hire just anyone off the streets to fill spots, that's one of the reasons we have all these issues in the world, because people like you are trusted to work and represent companies. I have dicided I will trus a few of my friends to help me drive a penske truck, that way I will be sure that my household goods will make it to Virginia in one piece. SEE PEOPLE LIKE YOU MAKE IT HARD FOR OTHER COMPANIES TO BE TRUSTED.

I regret the day I called your company. People like yourself and the owners of nationwide van lines need to all go under a rock and never come out in this world. You guys are what gives this country a bad name. Where the hell do you get off talking to people like that? These people trusted you with their belongins, you deceived them, then you have the audacity to call me a n....., what does that make you an "idiot" Woman keep in mind, that you need your customers, they do not need you, these customers have a choice. If they pick your company, you should be grateful. I bet you did not get that one either. Ok I will stop. Nationwide will never get it!

4 years later, I am still waiting for Nationwide to replace my furniture, I have yet to hear from them.

We regret the fact that you suffered damages to your shipment but you never filed a formal claim for damages with Nationwide Van Lines, instead, you went all over the web complaining.
It seems that you have more problems with your skin color than I do. I do not know how you look like, I never met you

I never called you a n.....
and never repeat it - because it is a lie - a big fat lie. Do not use your skin color to portray yourself as victim. You are a mean person who will say anything to gain sympathy

And by the way, sorry to ruin your theory of me sleeping with my boss - my boss is a female and I am not a l*****n.
