I used to think this was the greatest bank or S&L in the world UNTIL my wife got sick and I fell behind a bit. They disabled my online account access so it was impossible to easily "pay" my accounts - having disabled paper statements...
Then, after talking to a rep for over an hour, they started this campaign of harrassment which is usally 20-30 phone calls a day. I stopped answering long ago, so now they are calling my employer, even AFTER my employer told them to stop.
I could lose my job and health insurance - wife just diagnosed with MS - I'm paying accounts but they still harrass day and night 24/7.
After telling them to cease all telephone calls, they said "you agreed to get calls when you got credit cards."
These folks have run amok. Anyone else with similiar issues?

The kinks still need to be worked.

I have a client who retained me to file bankruptcy. Once a debtor retains an attorney, the California Rosenthal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act clearly states the creditor can only contact the attorney. Despite several phone calls at a letter from my office, the calls to my client continued. Even after the bankruptcy was filed, they continued to contact my client. In January, a bankruptcy judge in New York fined NFCU nearly $15,000 for disobeying the law and I will also be filing a motion against NFCU for sanctions.

Try to contact your nearest branch. I have worked there for four years and About 6 months agio we implimented a new system that had to have the kinks worked out. A member that I know personally, called me to let me know this was happening to her daughter. After a few calls from my supervisor, this problem was fixed.
