NCO Financial Systems - RipOff - Beware ripoff, threaten Horsham Pennsylvania

I received a letter today from NCO Financial Systems saying that I owed them $95.60 for America Online (AOL). I tried calling the number, 1-866-372-8498, almost 10 times and no one ever answered. I found another number on here, 1-800-273-6816, and got a hold of someone right away. The lady, her name was Amina, said she couldn't find my account by the 2 account numbers on the letter or by my name. She asked for my social, but I said that I wouldn't give it to her and then she had no help to offer. I kept trying the original number and finally got Lloyd on the phone. His name wasn't really Lloyd as he sounded like he was from the Middle East. Before he could say much, I told him that by law he is required to obey my requests when I say to stop calling and stop sending me letters and not to affect my credit report. Before I could finish, Ol' Lloyd hung up. Now no one will answer.
