NCO Financial Systems Inc Company is chasing me personally for a debt owed by my old company. Horsham Pennsylvania

This company continues to chase me for a debt incurred by my old company. I was the contact name for the company and was in charge of marketing. However when I left the company I told them I was leaving and who would now be in charge of the account. Instead of contacting the company they didn't bother and waited a few months before handing the debt over to NCO Financial Systems Incorporated. I explained the situation a number of times over a duration of a number of calls from this company, and disputed the debt. Even then I continue to get calls. In the latest call I was threatened that my personal credit was going to be damaged and even lied that they have my Social Security number on the application, which they don't.

After deciding enough was enough I decided to contact my attorney to stop this harrassment and contacted NCO to get the file number so it can be referenced. As soon as told them my plans and asked for a number all of a sudden they decided they don't have me on record and the number they have been calling me on is not in their computer system. After being passed over to 5 different people in the space of 45 minutes I gave up and hung up the telephone.

This company is blatantly using scare tactics to get people to hand over money, even though they know there is a good chance that the debt isn't even real.
