Hi my name is Niya I filed my taxes with turbo tax a couple of weeks ago, my netspend card was mailed on March 26,2013 and my taxes was posted on the 29 of march a received my netspend card on 4/03/2013 when i called to activated it had no funds on there but 93 cents I called netspend asking where's my money and came to find out someone trans my funds to someone name Angela Patterson how can they transfer funds on 4/02/2013 and the card wasn't even activated till 4/03/2013 I have called netspend and even put in a dispute i want my money now or i'm filing a police report

NetSpend NetSpend was very disrespectful first of all second of all they lie. Like for example they told me today November 28th that my SSA benefits were going to be in for December in the automated system said November 29th and they kept on saying that the earliest date we would get SSA is the 28th and I spoke to somebody and they said they were going to have their supervisor fixed the automated system to say the 28th of November and they never did it.
