I put ma unemployment thst ive clamied on turbo tax on a netspend card.used it a couple days then they put a block on it wen i didnt even reported ma card lose or stolen wit out contactin me.i gave them document throw fax my ss card my state id and a bill and they still saying i need more documents thats seem like they want my identiy and to keep my money i want this block remove or my money bac asap

NetSpend NetSpend was very disrespectful first of all second of all they lie. Like for example they told me today November 28th that my SSA benefits were going to be in for December in the automated system said November 29th and they kept on saying that the earliest date we would get SSA is the 28th and I spoke to somebody and they said they were going to have their supervisor fixed the automated system to say the 28th of November and they never did it.
