Netspend Netspend I thought i was the only one had my ssi-ssa my socal secirty check but was all gone where did it go California

I had my socal securty check on the 3rd was gone hey told me i was charded late the month they took $100 hum ok was and said it was late fees. Im disableld on fix income also my ssi was half gone they said late charges i told i wanted to know where my money went and told to go on line i send my brother. $49money all he got was $20 this Christmas was not to good had to depend on my brother income he told me where your money i said bill i was going to buy my self shoe n 4 shirts but put on hold. I work to hard for this to happen
