I filled my taxes and had the money put on a netspend card ,i used it a few times and then they said i needed to prove my identity so i did, then they told me they sent the money back to irs , but irs never received it netspend saying they sent it and no longer have my money

NetSpend NetSpend was very disrespectful first of all second of all they lie. Like for example they told me today November 28th that my SSA benefits were going to be in for December in the automated system said November 29th and they kept on saying that the earliest date we would get SSA is the 28th and I spoke to somebody and they said they were going to have their supervisor fixed the automated system to say the 28th of November and they never did it.
