Newegg.com Refurbished means totally damaged Whittier, California

I bought a "Dell laptop" the newegg.com item# is  n82e16834200300.  They said it is a refurbished item but it was total damaged because it has the following problems: A lot of scratches and dent on its exterior,  9 keys of keyboard are not working because of damage in the connectors inside of it, the processor fan is not working at all and you smell some like plastic burning inside the laptop when on, battery connection is damaged some times it works from battery some times not. these problems were just discovered in the first three hours of receiving it we don't know what else can be found.
