The item for sale listed was blatantly falsely advertised as a SmartTV when it is in fact not one:

Samsung 46" 1080p 120Hz LED 3D Smart HDTV, UN46EH6070

I contacted Samsung and they informed that this was in fact not a SmartTV.  The posting even has an image of the TV connecting to Samsung's smarthub showing Netflix, Facebook, and other smart tv features.  Blatant False Advertising! Now I know why it's refurbished because everybody is returning them after learning they it is not in fact the TV they ordered. They even put a policy on this TV that there are no refunds.  We'll see about that.

They said since it was refurbished the 3rd party manufacturer had provided the information on the listing and they are removing it.
