Please do not go anywhere near this scam of a company. They are deceptive in their fees and practices. I was courted by this company with the promise of lower fees and no monthly minimums. What a crock! after only months after signed agreement they jacked up the fees and began making un announced withdrawals from my bank account. After contacting them they had said due to low activity they decided they needed to hike up the fees. NOVA my previous company never did any such action. Beware to any small businesses looking for a deal- this clearly is NOT. And more yet- during the economy my business failed so I contacted them again letting them know I had gone out of business. They responded with " I'm sorry to hear that - however you will still ba charged monthly fees for internet gateway and statements- which I informed them I did not want due to bus closure. Again they said we are sorry but to bad- you will continue to be deducted unless you can pay the $295 today. Of course I don't have that being out of work. I asked for payment arrangements and was told no- that until I could cough up the $295 I would continue to be billed. Then on top of that 3 months later they deducted another $109 from the bank account WITHOUT NOTIFICATION!!- when I called they said it was a safety net for me as a business incase there was any fraud from my clients- knowing I can gone out of business. And they somehow lost the faxes I had sent over to stop usage fees and that they were again sorry but nothing would be refunded as that is their policy! This company is crooked to the core.
If you are thinking of going with them do yourself a HUGE favor and DON'T! they will rob you blind

Dear Merchant,
NAB works very diligently to resolve all customer issues and complaints. Since our inception in 1992, we have worked with over 125,000 merchants of all sizes and levels of complexity. We provide a high level of service and support to our customers, as is evidenced by the low number of complaints we handle. Occasionally we, like any other large company, may make a mistake or mishandle an issue. When these are brought to our attention we resolve them to the best of our ability. Our 250+ employees work hard every day to make doing business with NAB a pleasure for our merchants and stakeholders, all we ask is the opportunity to recover well.
First and foremost, I would like to apologize on behalf of NAB for any inconvenience that you may have incurred.
In regards to the fees in questioned, within the terms and conditions on Page 9, Pricing Schedule of the Terms and Conditions, it would detail any and all fees associated with the Merchant Account. Section 5 Payment and Fees that state, Merchant agrees to pay and Merchant's account(s) will be charged for the discount, fees, and other charges described in this Agreement. Merchant also agrees to pay and Merchants account(s) will be debited for all fees, arbitration fees, fines, penalties, etc. charged by the card associations or network organizations on account of Merchants processing hereunder.
In regards to closing the account, section 13 of the Agreement states, Any merchant who terminates this agreement prior to it's termination date is responsible for any and all monthly fees assessed under the Agreement for the remainder of the then existing term of the Agreement, including all minimum monthly fee commitments, which in no case shall be less than $295.00.
Unfortunately enough information was not provided for us to accurately determine your specific Merchant Account. If your account was incorrectly debited, or you believe your fees have been inadequately advised, then we would need specific information in order to properly address the concerns or correct any errors.
