North American Van Lines moving company Nationwide

On July 8, 2015, we signed a contract with North American Van Lines for our move from Wyoming to Florida.  The contract was confirmed for pickup on June 3 , 2015 with a drop off date between Jun 8-15, 2015.  The friday prior to June 3, 2015 I received a phone call confirming our pickup on June 3, 2015.

On June 2, 2015 I received a call from North American Van lines stating that they will not be able to pickup my household goods on June 3, 2015.  I told them that this was unacceptable because we had a contract for pickup on June 3, 2015. They where unapologetic about the entire thing.  They stated that they are working on the situation.

On June 3, 2015 North American Van Lines contacted me and stated that they were going to have Atlas moving out of Rawlins, WY come and pickup our household goods and transport to Rawlins were North American Van Lines was to pick it up.  As of today June 15, 2015 our household goods are still sitting in Rawlins, WY and North American Van Lines has not made any arrangements to pick it up.

Our contract states that delivery is supppose to be between June 8-15, 2015.  This has not happened and North American Van Lines is not making any arrangements to bring our stuff to Florida.  They have broken the contract and are not offering and relief for doing so. 

Everytime we call North American Van Lines we get excuses as to why our household goods have not been picked up and delivered to us. We are currenlty sleeping on the floor and have no furniture to sit on or household goods.  We have been sleeping on floors in June 2, 2015.  We have had to go out and purchase stuff we already own.  This is unacceptable.

North American Van Lines is unapologetic and they do not seem to care that they are holding our stuff in storage instead of making arraingements to deliver our stuff to us. North American Van Lines has broken the contract and they will not do anything to fix the situation that they have put us in.
