Norwegian Cruise Line bait and switch Miami, Florida

Cruise agent called me with a "deal" good until 2/19/12.  Told her we cruised with another couple and I would relay infomation to them and have them call her if they were interested.  They arranged their cruise and the agent called me back today (2/19/12) for my credit card information.  Small problem - the price had increased $200.  We were stuck with it, as the agent knew, because the other couple had already made their deposit.  "Prices change" said the agent, but not what was said a few days earlier - "price good through 2/19".  Burn me once . . .
