LLG Promotions Norwegian Cruise Line offer Florida

My husband received the same cruise check from Promotions 2 U.  They said they are solely owned by Norwegian Cruise Lines.  My husband's check was also for 8 days and 7 night cruise PLUS two round trip airfare.  Promotions 2 U also states they are in Florida and California.  I have tried to find the marketing firm's corporate  location but I am unable to do so.  I did read if there was any litigation it was be done exclusively in courts in Phoenix, AZ, but I can't find the company.  I finally wrote to Norwegian Cruise Lines directly to see if these offers are valid.  I sent my emails to Ann Mathews (amathews@ncl.com) and the their public relations dept (publicrelations@ncl.com).  Hopefully, I will get a response on Monday, August 4, 2014.  I will keep you posted.
