We booked a  cruise on August 5, 2014 for their 10 day Panama Canal cruise from November 30 to December 10 2015.  We made all are plans and rearranged other committments and we even booked and paid for shore excursions..       Guess what????  Today I just recevied an email from NCL stating  that a group booked the whole ship and we were cast adrift.  I will never sail with NCL again and I hope everyone that reads this willl rethink their cuise plans with NCL.

Norwegian Cruise Line NCL booked a cruise for May, 2020 with Norwegian Cruise Line, cruise cancelled. Rebooked cruise for Sept 2021. Canada has banned cruises until 2022. Norwegian Cruise Line refuses to give a refund, stating that when I rebooked I used cruise credit. The agent never told me that I would not be able to get a refund because I rebooked Miami Florida

Norwegian Cruise Line: Supervisor Crystal extension 22187 abd sales reps: Donna, Melissa, and Nitasha They will not honor Best Price Guarantee Policy. Was tricked into upgrading twice and promised over phone I would get guaranteed price adjustment if they lowered rate. Also promised I could keep original room (now downgraded) if price went down which it went down from $719/pp to $349/pp within 2 weeks. They will not give ANY credit or let me keep original reservation. Never received email, verbal or written confirmation that by upgrading I could never downgrade and that the best price guarantee was only valid for 48 hours.
