I answered NO to every question on their web site. And was not informed that I would be charged $79.90 for Two bottles of this. wow waht a rip off I called to get a RA # and got one Arvada, Colorado

When placing your order for the 21 day trial offer of Slim Seduction we explain in the terms and conditions that if you are unsatisfied during the trial period you can return the unused portion within that period of time to not be billed. We also provide an additional 9 days after you are billed to return your shipment for a refund. We present this information in the terms and conditions on the order page, on your order confirmation screen, on your order confirmation email, as well as on your order invoice. Also at the time you ordered we presented upgrade offers that you can either accept or decline. We do not present an option at the time you order to opt out of the autoship program. The autoship program can be cancelled either by calling customer service or by sending an email request.

In reviewing your account with us, it appears that you have already been refunded for the order we received back. Your autoship was cancelled when you called as well.
