OAN Services, Inc. in Clearwater, FL knowingly committed fraud by intentionally charging, in my name, without authorization from either party, USA Voicemail monthly fees to my daughter's BellSouth phone bill for $20.55 a month. OAN owes me $246.60. They have refused to give me or my daughter, a full refund.
