I got my bill and it was pat due so I paided the past due and I looked and noticed a charge on there from OAN service - USA Voicemail. I called and as soon as I called them they said that they would canecl it and credit would be applied to my acct. I got my next bill. Credit was applied, but they are still charging me for the services.
I tried calling them and I get nothing but a recording now. I was told that this would be canceled and it hasn't and I do not even know how it got on my bill. I will try to find out how it is getting on my bill. I have not requested this at all and it shows up on my bill, I call and its suppose to be cancel and they are still billing me. Be very aware.
If this happens to you try to talk to a supervisor to find out how it got on your bill.
