OAN Services, USA Voicemail ripoff fake company spams your phone bill Nationwide

About three months ago my wife and I started getting this extra charge in our phone bill. We tried to contact the company to see what this was all about. The 1-800 number they gave us only opperated during the times we were at work and could not phone them. After about four months of being charged for this service and never really being told what it was or how to use it, we finally got a hold of someone at this company. They were totally useless. They refused to let us talk to anyone in charge or have someone call us to explain what was going on. My wife nor I ever signed up for this service much less ever heard of them. I have no clue how they were able to get my phone company (Southwestern Bell)to agree to bill us with there statement, but non-the-less they do and act like there's nothing they can do about it. I tried contacting my phone company to get a phisical address but they weren't able to give me one. Go figure that one out, sounds like they're protecting them instead of ME their customer!
