OAN services charged my phone bill for 19.95 for their voicemail.

That is a monthly fee. I did not order their services and have never heard of them.

I called OAN services and was kept on hold for 20 minutes and then their operater came on the line to tell me to call back the next day because they were closed for the day.

This a rip-off I can do without. Thank you,
