On may of 09 i decided to apply for a loan modification. The loan modification representative informed me that as long as i was in the modification review process my home would not be foreclosed on regardless of the scheduled foreclosed date. I continued to cooperate with ocwen by sending in the required documents but to my surprise were being(repeatedly) lost, misplaced, oh and not to mention put in the hands of multiple loan modification representatives! I must have gone thru about 10 representatives! On Dec. 1st 2009 i spoke with a rep conserning my foreclosed date. The rep that i spoke to informed me that my foreclosed date would be postpone since i was in the loan modification review process. Needless to say my home was foreclosed on.
