OCWEN Loan Servicing, LLC I am being forced out of my home by a company charging fees for their non-english speaking employees to have a job. Ripoff Orlando Florida

My husband and I are also homeowners being defrauded of our home by Ocwen. Our mortgage was first signed through Cimmarron Mortgage Company, dba The Mortgage Warehouse who sold our mortgage to Ocwen less than one month after closing.

Since being with Ocwen we have been charged late fees for on-time payments, and forclosure fees twice...yet still waiting on the forclosure. They claim that we are 6 months behind in the mortgage payments, even though they put us in a forbearance plan to "catch up". Those payments have apparently not been applied to the mortgage, but rather the exorbitant fees they charge to keep their non-english speaking employees in a job.
I am trying to fight this, and have contacted several law firms currently fighting against Ocwen. Apparently they are not getting any answers for their litigants either.

I have also written a letter to Ocwen requesting that they send proof of these 'FEES' what they are and what they are for, and have yet to obtain an intelligent response in this matter. When you call the service center to ask a question, they give you an estimate, then when it comes in writing it is more than the actual estimate due to some other 'FEE' they have added for sending you an estimate of a payoff.

Due to their unfair credit reporting, I can't even get the loan refinanced. When will these people be stopped. Everyone is entitled to a place to live in this country, and they shouldn't have to try to budget where 92% of their income is to pay for a mortgage that isn't even getting paid.

Can someone out there tell me where this is legal, and how they can get away with taking your home when that is all you can afford to pay for anymore?
