Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC Attached fees over $1.000 and increased payments $200.00 more a month. West Palm Beach , Florida

I have received several notices stating that my monthly payment has increased over $200.00 a month and more fees  over "$1,000 owed."  This statement was sent to me a month after I finished paying chapt 13. I paid to the courts for 5 years and the court paid Ocwen.

 I was first told that  my monthly payment increased because of my property taxes and insurance had an increase. I went to the court house and my property taxes decreased they did not increase. My insurance increased only $12.00. when I made them aware of this information I was  told that I have a negative escrow due to missed payments and late payments. 

I was in Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. Therefore, payments were on time and no payments were missed. Also, there should have not been any fees of any kind attached .This loan was current.  my bankruptcy attorney did send information showing account current and requested a complete research of this. This is very frustrating to deal with and every attempt I have made has not presented any results. I am told something different every time I call.  I have called over a total of 10 times within two month and sent emails and faxes. I have not had any feedback.  This company is very hard to deal with and very hard to get someone on the phone that can reslove this issue.
