OCWEN LOAN SERVICING Bogus Loan Modification and home repossesed West Palm Beach, Florida

I am one of the thousands of home owners that lost my job and was falsley lead to believe that  I was in a loan modification.
I contacted OCWEN after my job loss and they told me I could qualify for the modification program . I applied online as instructed and faxed all my paperwork, then was told to wait 30 days for processing and to not make a payment  until it was completed. After the 30 days, I called and they said they never received the fax. This same faxing process and them telling me they didn't revcieved my information happend 3 times before I contacted HUD and  their representive got involved. He helped me communicated with these crooks for 2 entire days. We actually thought it was all strightened out.....
Within a few weeks later I was  served with my eviction papers stating I could pay 13,000 to catch up the loan which included all the back payments, plus their court filing fees, late fees ect, ect. 
I argued and pleaded with them but I feel this was total malice on their part.
The probelm being is,  I was getting enough unemployment  income that I could have gotten a room mate temporarily and made the payments if neccessary but they told me they could lower help me through their modification program. The bottom line is  I lost the home and I'm now living in a very small 1 bedroom apt and my rent is only $100 more than my house payment was to start with.
I feel like they actually conspired to steal my home after they discovered I had lost my job and needed help.
If I had never contacted this company, I would have still have my home today. I'm a single middle aged woman and feel like this was my last chance to ever have my own home.
Needless to say, this along with my past job loss has caused me more depression than I can bear. Can I be helped????
