I also bought an e-machines from Office Depot on Dec. 24, 2005 and was told to mail in my receipts for rebates. I received one postcard asking to send in a UPC code.

Today, March 10, I received a postcard telling me that in order to get the rebate on the printer I has to send the UPC code on both the printer and the computer by March 9!! I had mailed this in on December 28. Is there any recourse in Missouri for this obviously deceptive marketing?
