Official TV Online I oredered an advertised product, "Detox Pads" and was charged but never received the product. Internet

I made an order on May 18, 2008 for detox pads advertised by the Official TV Online store. I received a confirmation for my order, as of May 19, 2008 I still have not received merchandise. I have emailed several times no response, tried calling , the number is no longer in use. My credit card was charged the next day after ordering. I have been ripped off!
